Damini Ralleigh has garnered over 9 years of experience as a journalist and restaurant critic, and has closely followed trends that have shaped the food world since 2017. She recently graduated from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy with a Master’s degree in Food Culture, Communication and Marketing, where she also joined forces with the Slow Food Movement. Through her work, she has keenly observed the issues of gender, sustainability, and migration through the lens of food, while focussing on the shifting coordinates that hold out the promise of a better food future.
