How do I subscribe to an application?

First, you need to add your preferred payment method to your account. Whether it's a credit card, debit card, or eCheck.

  • To do this navigate to Settings > Billing & Subscription > Payment Options > "Add"
  • From here, you can select "Card" or "eCheck" in the top right corner.
  • Enter your payment information and select "Next." Double check the information provided and click "Authorize."
Now that your payment method has been added to the account, you can subscribe to the applications! To subscribe, follow the steps below:
  • Under Billing & Subscription, select "Apps."
  • Choose the Application that you'd like to subscribe to.
  • Once you have selected the application, choose the best solution for your business
  • Once you click "Buy", you can then select "Checkout" on the right-hand side.
  • Confirm all the details for your purchase, then select "Continue."
  • You have successfully subscribed to the application!

Do I need to re-submit my subscription every month?

No, once you have subscribed to the application, your selected payment method will be automatically billed every month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:-

  • Navigate to Settings > Billing & Subscription > Apps.
  • Select the application you'd like to unsubscribe from.
  • Next to the site name, select "Cancel."
  • Now, select "Checkout."
  • Confirm the details provided, then select "Continue."
  • You have successfully unsubscribed to the application.
