How can my employees access the application?

Adding the employee's email address to the employee profile will send them an invitation link to join the application. The welcome email is titled "Email Verification" from Hubworks.

I added my employee's email address however, they did not receive the verification email.

Please try the solutions below:

  • Verify that the Email ID was entered correctly into the employee profile.
  • On the employee page, under actions, click the "Resend Invitation Link" Icon ()
  • Have the employee check the "Spam Folder" in their Email.
  • If none of these resolved the issue, please contact Hubworks Support for further assistance.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

Follow the steps below to reset your password.

  • Select "Forgot Password," and Hubworks will send you an OTP (One Time Passcode) to access your account.
  • Enter the OTP into Hubworks, select "Validate," and enter in your new password.
  • If this solution did not work, please contact your store Manager or Hubworks Support for further assistance.
If you are an Owner, Admin, or Manager, you can reset an employee's password by following these steps:-
  • Navigate to the Employee Page within a Hubworks Application
  • Scroll down to the employee's profile
  • Under actions, select the "Reset Password" Icon.
  • From here you will be able to enter the employee's new password.
