What is HACCP process?

The Haccp process is a food safety management system that will help prevent foodborne illnesses and outbreaks. It was created in the 1980s, but it has been updated through the years. From small restaurants to large ones, grocery stores to manufacturing facilities, all are in need of Haccp now. The purpose of Haccp process is to provide food handlers with training on how to prevent, control and stop contaminated foods from reaching your mouth.
